All books are priced in Canadian currency and accordingly payment should be made in Canadian Dollars.

Payment: Our secure shopping cart service uses the PayPal payment gateway. At checkout, PayPal members can simply use their accounts and for non-members PayPal will accept all major credit cards or an echeque.

If you prefer to contact us directly by phone (705-932-5545) or fax (705 932-4079) with your credit card information, we can process Visa or American Express credit cards.

Personal cheques and International Money Orders are also welcome; for first time customers, please allow 7-10 days for your cheque to clear.

Above all we want our customers to be satisfied with a purchase. If any purchase proves to be unsatisfactory, our books come with a full 14 day money back guarantee.

SHIPPING – MAIL RATES

We ship to most parts of the world; our books are carefully packaged, protected with bubble wrap in a box or padded mailer, and will always be mailed within 48 hours after confirmation of payment.

Currently we are offering flat rate shipping in Canada and to the U.S., in an effort to simplify the process for our customers. Shipping for Canadian and U.S. customers is at the Expedited Rate via Canada Post which includes a tracking number and $100 insurance coverage. Please note that these rates are always subject to change when postal rates are increased. We don't charge additional handling or packing material fees on any of our shipments.

Ontario & Quebec (approximately 1-4 business day delivery)

$9.00 CAD Flat Rate Per Book Up to 5 lbs, Inclusive.
Extra shipping will apply for books that exceed 5lbs.
$2.00 CAD will be added per extra book for combined shipping.

Shipping Rates To All Other Canadian Provinces (approximately 3-7 business days delivery)

$14.50 CAD Flat Rate Per Book Up To 5 lbs, Inclusive.
Extra shipping will apply for books that exceed 5lbs.
$2.00 CAD will be added per extra book for combined shipping.

Shipping Rates To The Continental U.S.A. (approximately 3-10 business days delivery)

$16.50 CAD Per Book Up To 4 lbs Inclusive.
Extra shipping will apply for books which exceed 4lbs.
$3.00 CAD will be added per extra book for combined shipping

All Other International Customers

Because international postal costs and services vary dramatically we are unable at present to offer our international and overseas customers a flat rate service. After a purchase and before an order is completed, we will email you with all the shipping options and prices available. Rates are based on exact cost as quoted by Canada Post.
