Zuzu Bollin, "Texas Bluesman", Original Stereo LP, Dallas Blues Society Records, DBS8900, 1989, inscribed "to Walter Glenn, From Zuzu Bollin"; from the collection of the late Walter Glenn who acquired many of his blues autographs in person. The Texas bluesman had been out of music since the 1960's when the Texas Blues Society "rediscovered" Bollin in 1987, organizing a number of engagements and ultimately this fine album which showcased Zuzu's classic jump blues style, featuring a stellar band including Duke Robillard and Dave "Fathead" Newman. The timing was close - Zuzu died in October, 1990, the year following the album's release. The cover is near fine, small pen mark to rear panel, touch of creasing to front edge of the front panel; playing surfaces are visually near fine, with good luster and appear to have been lightly played; the autograph is fine without loss or fading. A scarce blues autograph. J2167
